  • Reformer Classes

    Previous experience with the Reformer required. New to Pilates or the Reformer? Contact the studio for a discount on 2 private lessons to jump start you into your first Reformer classes! Reservation is required due to limited available equipment--maximum class capacity is 4 clients. Register now, classes fill up fast!

  • Mat Classes

    Done solely on the Pilates mats using your own body weight and props for challenges. Class capacity is 10 clients.

  • Be ready to feel challenged with this class. Starting out with a 20 minute Mat warmup and moving to the Reformer machines, this fun class uses dynamic imagery and vigorous movement with a mindful eye on form.

  • Find the Reformer Advantage--get stronger, stand taller, walk easier, stretch further! From warmup to cool-down this flowing Pilates workout done solely on the Reformer will challenge your core while exercising your whole body.

  • Start your Saturday with a mat workout that leaves you feeling energized the entire weekend. A focus on breathing and stretching relaxes your body while improving alignment and strengthening. As Joseph Pilates said at 85: "Never an aspirin. Never injured a day in my life. The whole country, the whole world, should be doing my exercises. They'd be happier." So will you.

  • This class will use various props such as the magic circle, foam rollers and balls while challenging you to build your core strength, control, balance and flexibility. Class level will match the students' needs and ability. You'll be amazed at how much you can accomplish in this class!

  • Improve your everyday movement patterns with this class. It starts with a 20 minute smart warm-up on the mat, using Pilates core principles and functional movement training to promote strength, agility, and healthy movement habits. Then the class moves to dynamic Reformer work, connecting the work in class to how we move in the real world.

  • This class starts with the Pilates "Wunda" Chairs for a unique 20 minute warmup. It progresses to challenging Reformer work promoting strength, agility, and healthy movement. Come join this class to enhance your strength and flexibility!
