    SAT 11:30am  Reformer Advantage with Emily
    Find the Reformer Advantage–get stronger, stand taller, walk easier, stretch further! This Pilates workout is done solely on the reformer.
    SUN 10:00am Streamline Mat with Leava
    This class will challenge you to build your core strength, control, balance and flexibility.  Class level will match the students’ needs and ability.  You’ll be amazed at how much you can accomplish in this class!
