• Sara Fuller, once a competitive athlete in gymnastics, track & field, cross country, and golf, went on to earn her MFA in Photography; she now is a Pilates instructor certified through Balanced Body with Lesley Powell at Movements Afoot. She has continued studying with Lesley, Shelley Studdenberg, and Irene Dowd, delving into embodied anatomy, muscular imbalances, and functional movement. For Sara, Pilates augments her life by increasing fitness, reducing the likelihood of injury, and heightening physical awareness. Working with many clients facing injuries and compromised mobility, Sara finds Pilates to be a means of healing and a way to keep the body and mind strong, healthy, and in motion.
