Catherine Danaher
loves teaching Pilates because it organizes the body in a way that enables people to continue to move how they want and need to. Her unique style includes a background as a Personal Trainer with NASM, a practitioner of myofascial release with Jill Miller & the Roll Model Method, and a certified Pilates Instructor with the Kane School.
Catherine teaches Pilates movements in a functional and athletic way utilizing myofascial and connective tissue work in the process. Clients say regarding their sessions that they feel calm and relaxed and then all of a sudden they have just completed something challenging! With Catherine, clients feel safe and supported while working towards their goals.
