was born in Warsaw and studied Ballet and Modern at the National Ballet School of Poland, before coming to NYC to study modern dance at Merce Cunningham Studio. Paulina was certified at Kane School of Core Integration, and began teaching Pilates Mat in 2006 and later graduated from Carey Macaleer's Comprehensive Pilates Training. As a mother of two, Paulina has taught and practiced Pilates through all stages of pregnancy, which has deepened her understanding of and commitment to Pilates. Paulina loves to give her clients a chance to experience the techniques Joseph Pilates created, and to enjoy the benefits of the Pilates Method.
